Useful, without becoming a black box.

Larder builds with client-owned accounts, approved tools, least-privilege access, human approval points, and documentation you keep. The rules are written down before any workflow goes live, and they are reviewed every month.

/ 01

Human approval where it matters

AI drafts, recommends, and routes. A person signs off anything sensitive before it acts. The approval steps look like the sign-off processes the business already runs; we just plug AI into them.

/ 02

Your accounts, your data

Cloud, AI, and integration accounts are set up in the name of the business. Credentials and billing live with you. We get scoped operator access for as long as we are engaged and lose it the moment we are not.

/ 03

Clear data boundaries

Before we connect anything, we agree what data AI can see, what it cannot, and what should never leave approved systems. We write it down. The rules sit in your AI policy alongside the workflow.

/ 04

Logs and a monthly review

Every workflow logs what it did, what it skipped, and what it escalated. The logs sit in your systems. The monthly review reads back the patterns in plain English so you can spot drift before it becomes a problem.

/ 05

Right to walk away

You keep the accounts, the prompts, the integration credentials, and the runbook. If you choose not to renew managed operations, the workflow keeps running and someone else can take it on.

/ Common questions

Where does my data live, and who has access?

On your accounts, in the regions you choose. We work with the major cloud and AI providers (Microsoft, Google, Anthropic, OpenAI) on tenancies that you own. Larder operators get scoped access for as long as we are engaged and lose it the moment we are not. Sensitive data is kept inside approved systems; we write down which systems those are before we connect anything.

What stops the AI from making things up or sending something wrong?

Two things. Workflows are scoped to draft and recommend, not act, unless the action is recoverable and logged. Anything that talks to a customer, books a job, or changes a record goes through a human approval step we set up with you. The pattern is the same as your existing sign-off processes; AI just gets the first draft to the person quicker.
